日粮中添加月苋草油与胡麻油对蛋黄脂肪酸的影响 被引量:11

摘要 通过 2个试验研究了蛋鸡日粮中添加月苋草油和胡麻油对蛋黄中不饱和脂肪酸的影响。选用 6 4只健康、36周龄罗曼产蛋母鸡进行试验。Ⅰ :日粮设 4个处理组 ,月苋草油添加水平分别为 0、2 %、3%和 4 %。Ⅱ :日粮中胡麻油和月苋草油添加总量为 3% ,设 4个比例处理 :1∶4、2∶3、3∶2、4∶1。结果表明 :增加日粮中月苋草油 ,蛋黄中亚油酸 (LA)含量显著提高 (P <0 0 5 )且γ 亚麻酸 (GLA)含量和n 6脂肪酸总量以及n 6和n 3脂肪酸比值均有上升 ,α 亚麻酸 (ALA)和DHA(二十二碳六烯酸 )含量以及n 3脂肪酸总量变化不明显。随日粮中胡麻油对月苋草油比例的增加 ,蛋黄中LA和GLA含量、n 6脂肪酸总量以及n 6和n 3脂肪酸比值均下降 ,ALA和花生四烯酸含量以及n 3脂肪酸总量显著上升 (P <0 0 5 ) ,DHA含量变化不规律。说明 ,日粮油脂的脂肪酸组成影响了蛋黄中脂肪酸的沉积 ,且呈正相关 。 Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of EPO and LO on the composition of egg yolk fatty acids. Sixty-four 36 weeks of old egging hens were used in each experiment and were divided into 4 groups randomly with 4 replicates m each group. In experimentⅠ, treatments were control (without addition of EPO) and EPO addition at levels of 2%, 3%, 4% respectively. In experimentⅡ, total addition level of EPO and LO was 3% and the ratios of EPO and LO were 1∶4, 2∶3, 3∶2, 4∶1. In experimentⅠ, the results showed that the content of linoleic acid (LA) in egg yolk increased significantly (P<0 05) with the increase of dietary EPO. The content of γ linolenic acid (GLA) and n 6 fatty acid (FA) and the ratio of n 6 and n 3 FA in egg yolk showed a upward trend. In experimentⅡ, the contents of LA, GLA, n 6 FA and the ratio of n 6/n 3 FA showed a significantly downward trend with the increase of dietary LO ratio and the content of ALA and arachidonic acid showed a upward trend. It was concluded that dietary FA content can affect the conversion and metabolism of polyunsatured fatty acid (PUFA) in body and the composition of PUFA in egg yolk.
