摘要
本文从水稻籽粒抗压、抗剪、抗冲击试验仪器及试验方法的研究着手,对我国水稻各品系的籽粒,在不同的工况下进行了大容量的试验测定,并运用统计科学的方法进行数据处理,从而得出早籼稻糯稻、晚籼稻及粳稻三大类籽粒的材料力学特性相关数学模型。确立了该特性参数的敏感区及在不同含水率工况下其特性参数的应选数值和范围。
A large quantity of rice grains of various varieties in China have been tested using self-designed devices on their compression resistance, shearing resistance and impact resistance under different working conditions. For the three groups of grain varieties which are early xian and glutinous rice, late xian rice and geng rice, the mathematical models which represent grain characteristics of material mechanics were worked out after the statisical treatment of the test deta. The sensitizing range of material mechanics parameters of rice grains and their values were also established.
