摘要
为提高和改进拖拉机修理技术,及时排除拖拉机在运行中的故障,对拖拉机结构中离合器轴横截面的扭转剪应力、车架梁横截面的弯曲正应力、钢板弹簧的内力、应力和转向系拉杆的稳定性进行分析,表明,空心轴、工字形截面梁和等截面梁的合理性,同时说明材料力学为拖拉机零部件设计提供了理论基础和计算方法。指出在拖拉机零部件设计时必须在满足强度、刚度和稳定性要求的前提下,以最经济的代价,为零部件选择适宜的材料,确定合理的截面形状和尺寸,使拖拉机既安全又经济。
This paper is intended to give the reason for using hollow axle, I-shaped beam and equal strength beam on the one hand and to explain that mechanics of materials supplies tractor components and parts with both a theoretical basis and calculation by means of analysing transverse twist shearing stress of the clutch axle, transverse winding stress of the frame beam, internal force and stress of the plate spring as well as steadiness of the direction-changing pull rod.It is also pointed out that strength, rigidity and steadiness should be made prerequisite conditions for designing tractor components and parts. On this condition, suitable materials are selected and reasonable transverse shape and size are established at the minimum cost to make tractors safe and economical.
