摘要
本文就培养物、人工胚乳、人工种皮三个方面概述了目前人工种子的进展状况。统计了进行人工种子研究的植物种类,指出不定芽作为人工种子培养物是研究的一个重要方向。
This paper reviewed the present status of plant artificial seeds in three aspects:culture material; artificial endosperm; artificial seed coat.The review caculated the species having been studied as artificial seeds, discussed how to improve the quantity of culture materials, and pointed out that using adventitious buds as cultured materials of artificial seeds was a new direction for study.
