摘要
介绍和讨论了人工种皮的概念和优点,目前国内外研究情况,人工胚乳(内层)中凝胶系统的应用及外层保护膜的成膜方法,存在的问题和解决的途径,以及研究展望.
Artificial seed coat is a new area of biotechnological material, its deepgo-ing study will promote the use of investigation results about somatic embryos in the form of artificial seed for agricultural practice The concept and advantage of artificial seed coat, the present situation of its research at home and abroad, the usage of gel system in the inner layer (artificial endosperm ) and the coating methods of protective membrane (outer layer), the existent problems and solvent methods, and the prospects in the future are introduced and discussed.
