摘要
报案、举报与控告是刑事诉讼立案的重要材料来源,但目前这三者各自还存在不少问题,相互之间的界限也不是很明确,在司法实践中造成了一定的负面影响。为此,应对其进行区分,并针对其存在的问题采取不同的措施,以提高人民群众对报案、举报与控告的积极性。
Report a case, report and charge that it is the important source of material placed on file in criminal suit, But at present there exit many questions even, and the demarcation line of them is not very clear, Having caused certain negative effect in judicial practice, so, should distinguish them, and take different measures against its existing problem, in order to improve the people' s enthusiasm of reporting a case, report and charging.
