摘要
协作R&D因其在优化资源组合、缩短R&D周期、降低R&D成本、规避R&D风险等方面具有较强的优越性,正日益成为人们关注的焦点。在对近年来国内外大量的关于协作R&D团队治理机制研究综述分析的基础上,从组织机制、信息沟通机制、外部治理机制、知识产权机制等4个方面,提出了协作R&D团队治理机制有待于更深一步研究的问题。
Cooperative R&D has been paid more and more attention recently ju st because it optimizes R&D resources portfilio,shortens their R&D periods,c uts down their R&D investment and then decreases R&D risk.The article is bas ed on the comprehensive analysis of many researches on cooperative R&D team’s governance mechanisms both abroad and domestic in recent years,and then refer s to some questions on cooperative R&D team’s governance mechanisms in five fields:organization mechanism,information communication mechanism,exterior go vernance mechanism,incentive mechanism,intellectual property right mechanism which we have to research further.
