摘要
执行国家各类计划项目所形成的知识产权成果仍然是高校研究成果的主要来源。本文根据国家科技计划的研究特点 ,从合作研究最终研究成果的知识产权界定和分配 ;资源共享中的知识产权保护 ;国家项目所形成的知识资源在资本化过程的价值计量 ;虚拟合作研究中网络交流的侵权问题 ;
The research achievements of high institutions still mainly come from the achievements of intellectual property right formed in performing various national planed projects. According to the characteristics of national planed S&T projects,it makes overall analysis on following 5 aspects:the definition and allocation of property right of final achievements obtained by cooperative research,protection of intellectual property right in the resource share,value computation of knowledge resource formed in national project through capitalized process,infringement to Web communication in the course of virtual cooperative research,and strategic selection of intellectual property right for the implementation of national planed S&T projects in high institutions;and then it puts out countermeasures to problems related with above aspects.
