干旱胁迫对不同抗旱大豆品种质膜透性的影响 被引量:23

摘要 以抗旱性不同的12个大豆品种(系)为材料,对其电导率进行了测定。试验证明,不同大豆品种受到干旱胁迫时它们的相对电导率存在极显著差异,即抗旱性强的品种其相对电导率低,抗旱性弱的品种相对电导率高。联系产量性状进行比较,得出相对电导率与产量呈负相关性。 In this paper, an experiment of conductance for twelve soybean varieties with different droughtresistance was made. The results proved that their conductance have great difference under drought stress.That is, the one that has stronger droughtresistance has lower relative conductance and the one that has weaker droughtresistance has higher relative conductance. Compared with the yield it is concluded that relative conductance is in inverse proportion to the yield.
