摘要
以盆栽湘研1号辣椒为试验材料,研究了水分胁迫下辣椒叶片的相对含水量、细胞质膜相对透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及有关保护酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的动态变化。结果表明,辣椒叶片的组织水、自由水的含量及自由水和束缚水的比值随着水分胁迫程度的加深急剧降低。细胞质膜相对透性、MDA、可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量随着处理时间的延长而升高,随着胁迫的加重,升高加快。重度胁迫和中度胁迫处理在整个胁迫过程中POD和CAT含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,但它们达到高峰的时间不同,重度胁迫在第4天达到高峰,中度胁迫在第6天达到高峰,轻度胁迫两种酶的活性呈上升趋势。
Taking the Xiangyan No. 1 pepper leaves as experimental materials, the effects of relative water content and MDA content, relative membrane permeability, activity of POD and CAT, soluble sugar and proline content were studied under the water stress. The results showed that relative water content, free water content and the rates of free water and bound water decreased with the water stress severely. The relative membrane permeability, MDA content, soluble sugar and proline content had been increasing during the process of water stress. The activity of POD and CAT of severe water stress and moderate water stress firstly increased and then decreased in the period of water stress, although the time of their reaching the climacteric peak were different, the severe water stress reached the climacteric peak on the 6th day, while the moderate water stress on the 9th day. The activity of POD and CAT of mild water stress increased all the time.
