摘要
1985年在南京对来自江淮下游地区105份大豆材料的抗旱性进行了初步研究。在此基础上,选取有代表性的67份大豆品种于1986年进一步进行品种生育前、后期的抗旱性鉴定。结果表明:抗旱品种和干旱敏感品种较少,中间型占大多数。其中徐州小油豆、崇明铁梗豆和丰县孙楼子黄豆在生育前后期均表现较强抗旱性。所供试的6个栽培品种在生育前后期抗旱性中等偏下。品种生育前期抗旱性与生育后期抗旱性无相关性。
A group of 105 soybean varieties from Lower yangtze and Huai Valley were used to evaluate their tolerance to drought in 1985. Based on the first year study, sixty-seven varieties were chosen and studied further to determine their drought tolerance in 1986 at two growth stages, i.e. vegetative and reproductive growth stages (VGS and RGS). The results showed that only a few varieties were highly tolerant or highly sensitive to drought, while the majority were intermediately tolerant to drought stress. The varieties'Xuzhouxiaoyoudou','Chongmintiegengdou'and 'Fengxiansunlouzihuangdou' were highly tolerant to drought condition both at VGS and at RGS. Six commercial cultivars were intermediate or sensitive. Among them, the cultivar '493-1' was most sensitive to drought. Nevertheless, no significant correlation was observed between tolerance to drought at VGS and that at RGS.
