摘要
对以轮对踏面滚动圆作为轮缘测量基准和以轮缘顶点作为轮缘测量基准两种情形下运用机车的轮缘厚度进行了分析比较,指出以轮对踏面滚动圆作为轮缘测量基准是更加科学、经济、合理的测量方法,有利于延长米轨机车轮缘的旋轮周期和降低运营成本。还对米轨东方红21型机车轮缘测量基准提出了修改建议。
The wheel flange thickness of operating locomotive in the two conditions,the one takes the wheelsets tread rolling circle as the wheel flange thickness measuring basis and the other takes the wheel flanges top point,is analysed and compared.The result shows that the former method is more economic and more rational than the latter.Its benefit to prolong the wheel turning cycle and decrease the operating cost.This paper also gives some suggestions for improving the wheel flange measuring basis of DFH 21 meter\|gage locomotive.
