摘要
对44个水稻品种(品系)进行花药培养试验,结果表明,1粳稻品种(品系)的平均出愈率和最高出愈率均大于籼稻,在2个亚种中都存在出愈率高和低的品种(品系);2在粳稻和籼稻中都存在分化率高和低的品种(品系),籼稻和粳稻的平均分化率差异不大;3水稻品种(品系)的花药培养出愈率普遍低于分化率,出愈率低是大部分品种(品系)培养力低下的主要原因;4出愈率与分化率无相关。
The callus induction rate and shoot differentiation rate of 44 rice cultivars were observed. The results showed that:①The cultivars with high or low callus induction rate were found from anther culture in both indica and japonica subspecies, and the average and the highest value of callus induction rate of indica cultivars were higher than those of japonica cultivars; ②The cultivars with high and low shoot differentiation rate were found in both subspecies, and the average value of shoot differentiation rate in indica and japonica was similar;③The callus induction rate was lower than shoot differentiation rate, and the poor anther culture ability in most rice cultivars was mainly due to their low callus induction ability;④There was no correlation between the callus induction rate and shoot differentiation rate in rice anther culture.
