不同铁源对水培油菜产量品质影响的研究 被引量:6

A Study on the Effects of Various Iron-springs on the Quality and the Production of Brassica campestris under Soilless Condition

摘要 为解决水培中的铁源问题,利用不同铁源水培油菜。结果表明:当营养液中各养分配比相同,pH控制在5.5~6.5时,用EDTA-Fe与FeC_6H_5O_7处理对油菜生长良好,两者差异不显著。用FeC_2H_5O_7处理的油菜:其体内叶绿素含量达EDTA-Fe处理的99.8%,H_2O_2酶活性超出EDTA-Fe处理的4.2%,根活力达EDTA-Fe处理的98.7%,Fe含量达EDTA-Fe处理的99.3%,用FeC_6H_5O_7处理的油菜产量最高,并且各项指标显著高于无机铁源。说明用FeC_6H_5O_7,可代替价格较高的EDTA-Fe,在无土栽培中应用。 The effects of characteristics of Brassica campestris which are grown under soilless condition and treated by five different iron-springs, have been studied during a certain period. The results showed that when fertilizer solutions were same and pH was below number 5. 5-6. 5, Brassica campestris of EDTA-Fe treatment can grow well. As Brassica campestris of citric-iron treatment. The chlorophyll content was 99. 8 percent , the CAT activity overpassed 4. 2 percent, root vitality reached 98. 7 percent , the iron content was99. 3, when compared with Brassica campestris of EDTA-Fe treatment. Moreover, the product of Brassica campestris of citric-iron treatment was the best among five treatments, and all targets were higher apparently than inorganic iron treatments. It is concluded that citric-iron may replace EDTA-Fe which is used now as iron-spring under soilless condition.
