不同水肥条件下增产菌对小麦增产效果的试验研究

摘要 环境条件对增产菌的增产效果有效大的影响。水分条件的改善有利于增产菌作用的发挥,能提高小麦叶片中叶绿素含量和H_2O_2酶活性,尤其能提高根系的活跃吸收面积。随着土壤有机质含量的增加增产菌的效果愈加明显,表现为促苗早发,生长健壮。但在不同土壤上增产菌的增产作用与有机质对增产菌增产效果的影响一致。不同土壤类型增产菌效果的发挥决定于土壤有机质含量的高低。 There is the bigger effect envirnoment condition to effect of increase-production-agent. Improvement of moisture condition is advantageous to elaboration of Increase-production-agent'effect, which can raise the content of chlorophyll in wheat leaf, H2O2-enzyme activity, especially, actived absorption area of roots . The higher content of soil organic matter , the bigger effect of increas-production-agent. it be to show to promote the wheat seedling sprout as early as possible and to grow strongger, but not clear to increase wheat product . It is the same between the effect of Increase-production-agent in different soil and the content of soil organic matter . In different typic soil , it is decided by the content of soil organic matter to bring into the-effect of increase-production-agent play.
