摘要
为了了解太谷县自来水水质条件下,不同浓度的硒对水培韭菜生长品质的影响,通过水培法,采用完全随机设计,设置了0.05、0.10、0.50、1.00、2.00、4.00 mg.L-1六个硒浓度进行了对比研究,试验结果表明,营养液中加入适量浓度的硒(≤0.10 mg.L-1),韭菜硝酸盐含量降低了37%,Vc含量提高了54%,还原糖含量提高了60%,叶绿素含量提高了39%。营养液中加入低浓度的硒(≤0.10 mg.L-1)能明显改善韭菜的品质。
The paper studied the effect of different concentration of selenium on the quality of hydroponic Chinese chive under the water quality in the territory of our province, through hydroponic Chinese chive and take a fully randomized design. Six of the selenium concertrations were compared, results showed that after adding an appropriate concentration of selenium (40. 10mg·L^-1), the nitrate content has been reduced by 37%, Vc content increasede by 54%, reducing sugar content increased by 60% and chlorophyll content increased by 39% and a marked improvement was made in the quality of Chinese chives.
