摘要
目的 :设计一种新的非压迫性腰椎间盘髓核突出动物模型。方法 :选择 7只Sprague -Dawley(SD)雄性大鼠 ,将自身尾椎髓核混悬液注射到腰椎硬膜外腔建立动物模型。测量术前、术后 3、5、7、9d大鼠后肢机械刺激缩爪阈值。结果 :在没有明显机械压迫下 ,造模后大鼠出现明显的痛觉过敏反应。结论 :本模型简单、可靠、费用低廉 ,为进一步研究腰椎间盘突出症和根性神经痛提供了理想的动物模型。
Objective: Establishing non-compressive model rat with imitating lumbar nucleus pulposus prolapse to study the mechanism of nerve root pain. Methods: Seven SD rats were used. The suspension consisting of nucleus pulposus of coccygeal vertebra and normal saline was heteroautogenously transplanted into the cavum epiduralis of individual rat, creating a type of non-compressive model with nucleus pulposus autograft. The posterior limb's claws-retracting threshold for mechamical stimulation was determined shortly before and after operation on day 3 ,day 5, day 7 and day 9, respectively. Results: Without extrinsically overt mechanical compression of lumbar vertebrae, the murine model displayed hyperalgesic response. Conclusion: The established non-compressive model rat is an ideal and reliable method to study the mechanism of disc herniation-related radiculalgia.
