摘要
目的:研究海马全蝎丸对兔模型神经根局部炎症因子的抑制作用,方法:以家兔为实验动物采用同种异体兔髓核回植造模法造模,术后采用不同药物干预,酶联免疫吸附法对兔模型神经根局部炎症因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-a进行检测,结果:海马全蝎丸可有效抑制兔模型神经根局部的炎症因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-a,且其作用明显优于西药芬必得胶囊(P<0.05)。结论:海马全蝎丸直接针对炎症导致盘源性腰腿痛这一主因治疗,抓住了腰椎间盘突出症的病理关键,组方科学,疗效肯定。
Objective : To study the effect of HaimaQuanxie pills on nerve root local inflammatory factor of rabbit model with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion(LDH). Method: To use the rabbit as test animals, to adopt rabbit with same race and variant nucleus gelatinosus back plant method for constructing model, after operation, intervening it by using different drugs and testing these inflammatory factors IL-1, IL-6, TNF-a with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Result: HaimaQuanxie pills can actively suppress these factors IL-1,IL-6,TNF-a, and its effect is better than Fenbid capsule(P〈0.05). Conclusion: HaimaQuanxie pills treat the disease by aiming directly to primary cause which inflammatory caused back-leg pain, that hold the pathology key of LDH, so its formula is scientific and effect is affirmation.
