摘要
由于反倾销具有正外部性,中国很多企业"搭便车",造成反倾销的负数和博弈。其危害是,形成"双败"局面;破坏国内市场秩序;引致对中国倾销的连锁反应等。只有政府、行业协会和企业共同努力,规避"搭便车"行为,才能矫正负数和博弈。
The positive externality of antidumping and 'free ride' of enterprise lead to the negative-sum game. The damage is to form a'dual-loss' situation, undermine domestic market order, lead to the chain reaction of dumping to China's market. Authority, industry association and enterprise should make best effort to evade 'free ride' action and rectify negative-sum game.
