摘要
中国反倾销的任务十分艰巨。国内企业既要从自身做起 ,严于律己 ,避免倾销产生 ,又要充分利用世贸组织赋予我们的权利 ,积极反倾销。当前中国企业尤其要学会运用WTO反倾销法对抗欧美滥用反倾销手段 ,善于利用WTO反倾销的有利条款做好积极应诉工作。
The mission of anti dumping in China is very difficult and heavy. Domestic enterprises should try hard to avoid dumping production and make use of the rights ratified by WTO to take measures against anti dumping. At present Chinese enterprises should particularly learn how to use the anti dumping law of WTO against the anti dumping means abused by Europe and America and at the same time make a good use of favorable provisions of the anti-dumping law of WTO to respond to charges positively.
