摘要
介绍了ESW激波吹灰器的工作原理及其在茂名分公司Ⅲ套催化裂化装置余热锅炉的应用情况。应用结果表明 ,使用ESW激波吹灰器吹灰效果明显 ,吹灰后余热锅炉排烟温度可下降 2 9℃ ,过热蒸汽产量增加 7t/h ,锅炉自产饱和蒸汽产量增加 2t/h ,有效提高了余热锅炉的传热效率和过热能力 ,节能效果显著。对应用中出现的一些问题提出了改进建议。
Working principle of ESW shock wave soot blower is introduced together with its application in the waste heat boiler of the third FCC unit of Maoming Company. Application result shows that ESW shock wave soot blower has evident soot blowing effect. After blowing, exhaust gas temperature has been reduced by 29℃, superheated steam output has increased by 7t/h, and saturated steam produced by the boiler itself has increased by 2t/h. Heat transfer efficiency and superheat ability of the waste heat boiler have been effectively enhanced and the energy conservation effect is evident. Suggestions to improve application have been proposed as well.
