摘要
针对余热发电锅炉省煤器高温腐蚀的严重情况,对省煤器腐蚀产物的显微结构、化学组成及矿物组成进行了系统分析,揭示了省煤器高温腐蚀的机理,分析了高温腐蚀的原因,并提出了有效的预防措施。
With respect to the phenomena that the coal economizer in the residual heat boiler for electricity generation is seriously corroded in high temperature, the micro structure, chemical composition and mineral composition of the corrosion products were analyzed. The mechanism of the corrosion forming in high temperature was cleared, and then, the effective prevention measures were proposed.
