摘要
对目前较为流行的燃气脉冲式吹灰器搭建一个试验平台,以试验效果观察其中影响吹灰效果的因素,试验平台模拟现场实际布置,但比例缩小,便于改变几何结构及各种参数。在各种影响吹灰效果的因素中着重讨论了乙炔浓度、乙炔进气时间及脉冲发生装置几何结构对吹灰效果的影响。通过试验能够反映出以上各个因素对吹灰的大致影响规律。以期能从试验结果上对实际运用有所帮助。
A test rig of gas impulse type sootblower is built. It simulates the practice disposal of the working sites and scaled down in favor of transferring geometry and different kinds of parameters. Some factors that impact the effect of soot blowing are analyzed. Emphasis is laid on the concentrations of acetylene, inlet period of acetylene and geometry of the device.
