摘要
无机陶瓷膜由于其耐高温、耐化学腐蚀、耐生物侵蚀等特性 ,因而在食品工业有着广泛的应用前景。综述了无机陶瓷分离膜在食品加工方面的应用概况 ,包括乳制品、果汁和茶饮料。
The inorganic ceramic membrane had prosperous prospect in food industry because of its unique advantages such as thermal,chemical and microbiological resistance compared with organic one.The applications of inorganic ceramic membrane in food industry including dairy,juice,tea drinks and cereal and oil field were reviewed.
