无机膜分离技术在油脂脱胶中应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 毛油需经过复杂的精炼过程来达到所需要的质量要求 ,相关研究表明 ,膜分离过程对油脂中的磷脂、色素、游离脂肪酸等组分都产生了重要的影响 ,可大大减轻中和、脱色和脱臭的负担。采用无机膜对混合油 (2 5 %~ 30 %的毛油和 70 %~ 75 %的正己烷 )进行处理 ,并通过添加表面活性剂 (十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵 )提高分离效果。实验研究表明 ,表面活性剂添加比例为 1∶2 5 (V/V)时 ,用孔径为 0 .0 5 μm和 0 .0 1μm的膜管脱胶后 ,磷脂的脱除率分别达到了 93.30 %和 96 .0 9% It needs several steps to process crude vegetable oil for preparing refining oil.More and more researches shows that membrane can give good results in removing phospholipids,colour,free fatty acids,and it also make oil more easy to be refined.Inorganic membrane was used to deal with miscella(25%~30% crude oil,70%~75% hexane),and surface active agent was used to enhance the separation process.When 1∶25(volume ratio of surface active agent to hexane)was used,93.30% and 96.09% phospholipids were removed by 0.05 μm and 0.01 μm membrance processing,respectively.
