摘要
从心理学和教育学两个角度的分析表明 ,在中小学教育中 ,奖励与惩罚的根本问题是合理使用问题。通过理论上的分析 ,确定了合理使用奖惩应解决的基本问题 ,这就是教育学和心理学体系中关于奖励与惩罚的理论、教师素质和学校管理。根据这种分析 。
Based on the analysis from the perspective of psychology and pedagogy, this paper illustrates that the fundamental issues of encouragement and punishment are the issues of reasonable application in primary and middle school education. Through theoretical analysis, the basic problems that can be solved by the appropriate use of encouragement and punishment are identified, which are the encouragement and punishment theories, teacher qualities and school management in pedagogy and psychology system. With these analyses, corresponding countermeasures are presented.
