摘要
中国加入WTO ,人力资源面临严重的危机和挑战 ,改善和优化人力资源的生态环境是当前最为紧迫的核心任务。必须创造一个良好的吸引人才的环境 ,建立和完善知识产权保护的法律制度 ,实现人力资源配置的市场化 ,营造合理、公平的就业环境 ,持续改善和优化人力资源微观生态环境 ,构建具有竞争力的企业人才经营模式 ,只有这样 。
With China entering into WTO, human resources are confronted with severe crisis and challenge. Improving and optimizing the ecological environment of human resources becomes the core task at the moment. A favorable environment must be created to attract talents. Law system must be established and perfected to protect knowledge property right, to realize market mechanism of human resource collocation. Constructing a reasonable and impartial employment environment can meet challenges of this new century.
