我国研究型高校人才环境及其监控系统初探 被引量:5

摘要 本文认为应以高校教师职业特性为切入点来研究高校人才环境。通过研究“研究型高校”教师职业特性及其对人才环境的内在规定,建立了“研究型高校”教师职业特性与人才环境特性之间的规定关系模型和研究型高校人才环境标准模型,并运用标准模型分析了我国研究型高校人才环境的实际状况和建立研究型高校人才环境监控系统的必要性,从而建立了研究型高校人才环境监控系统模型。本研究为建立和维护研究型高校人才环境的良好生态提供重要的理论基础。 This article reviewed briefly the existent research findings, discussed their flaws and suggested we should research university talents environment on the basis of job characteristics of university teacher. By researching the job characteristics of these teachers and their inherent provision to talents environment, the article built the relation model between the job characteristics of teacher of research university and the characteristics of talents environment and the standard model of talents environment of research university. On this basis, the article described the actual conditions and analyzed the necessity of building monitoring system of talents environment of research university in the light of the standard model. In the end, the monitoring system of research university talents environment was built. The research provides an important theorctic foundation for creating and safeguarding the good ecosystem of talents environment of research university.
