摘要
提出可重构装配系统的概念 ,采用面向对象的知识着色时间Petri网 ( KTCOPN)建立可重构装配系统模型。构建装配机器人、产品传输装置、零件缓冲站的 OPN图 ,给出能够完成某一装配工序的装配模块 ,模块之间通过消息驱动实现并联或串联连接 。
This paper initially introduces a novel concept of reconfigurable assembly systems. The knowledge-based Timed Colored Objected-oriented Petri net (TCOPN) is used to model this kind of assembly systems. The assembly robot, product transferring device and part buffer are described by OPN respectively. The assembly module which performs assembly operation is presented. The modules are driven by the messages, which are linked in serials or in parallels. The modularization characteristics can rapidly change the model when the system is changed.
