摘要
应用排队网络的基本理论研究了柔性装配系统建模问题.对系统中阻塞与饥饿状态、传送延时以及分裂流、合并流等进行了分析和建模.结果经仿真和实验证明是正确可行的.
The modelling of the flexible assembly system(FAS)is the theoretical basis of optimal design and decision-making.I3ased on the basic theory of the queueing network,this paper makes a detailed study of the modelling of general FAS.It includes the analysis of the influences of blocking and starvation,the travel delay lime,splitting and merging of the assembly flow due to repair loops,etc.,as well as buffer sizes,etc.to the system.The results have been tested and verified by simulation and experiments.
