Pro/E在剪板机实体造型与装配设计中的应用

摘要 介绍了一个基于Pro/E软件开发的剪板机特征实体参数化建模和虚拟装配设计平台。通过Pro/E软件的单一数据库和全相关性,建立零件开发模块,利用Pro/E的装配模块,在装配过程中施加约束,实现剪板机整机的装配。 A design platform used for parametric feature solid creation and virtual assembly of the shear -sheet machine is introduced based on Pro/E. The modeling method of the parts in Pro/E is studied. The developing module of parts is built by means of the single database and full connectivity of Pro/E. The mechanism of virtual assembly of mechanism is discussed, the primary assembly is realized through setting assembly constraints on part models. The concrete assembly process of sending mechanism and the whole shear- sheet machine is finished.
