摘要
目前从文蛤中提取牛磺酸的研究国内未见详细报道。作者主要探索用离子交换树脂柱析法提纯文蛤提取液中牛磺酸及用吸收光谱法测定牛磺酸的可行性。结果表明:H+型阳离子交换树脂对牛磺酸的吸附量最少(0 13mg/g),在pH=3时,流出液的浓度最大;薄层层析法证明,它只含有牛磺酸,不含Cl-或其他氨基酸;当牛磺酸质量浓度在12 5~75 0mg/L,检测波长为415nm时,吸收光谱曲线具有良好线性回归性(r=-1 0000)。
At present, study of extraction of taurine form Meretrix meretrix has not been reported.This paper is to discuss the feasibility of refining taurine in the extract of Meretrix meretrix by column chromatography and determination of taurine by spectrophotometry. The result showed that adsorption of taurine on H+ cationexchange resin was the least.Concentration of the effluent was the highest at pH=3.It contained taurine only and no Cl- or other amino acids,as determined by TLC.When the mass concentration of taurine was 125-750 mg/L,the curve of its absorbancy had good linear regression at wavelength of 415 nm(r=-10000).
