摘要
目的探讨术前介入治疗对肝癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞的影响。方法 13例肝癌患者分成 2组 ,7例接受术前介入治疗者为实验组 ,6例未接受术前化疗者为对照组。体外培养 ,检测TIL细胞、抗肿瘤活性、表型。结果实验组TIL细胞在第 2周达到高峰 ,至第 3周平均扩增 5 2倍 ,而对照组在第 3周扩增达到高峰 ,平均扩增了 12倍。术前介入化疗患者TIL细胞肿瘤杀伤活性增强 ,CD+ 3 、CD+ 4 、CD+ 8不同程度的增加。结论术前介入化疗可缩短肝癌患者TIL细胞增殖时间 ,提高肿瘤杀伤活性。
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative interventional therapy on the biological behaviors of the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) of liver cancer. Methods 13 cases of liver cancer were divided into two groups, 7 of whom received preoperative interventional therapy as experimental group, and 6 of whom did not receive preoperative chemotherapy as control group. TIL was cultured in vitro for the detection of TIL cell, anti-tumor activity and its typing. Results TIL of experimental group peaked at the second week and was expanded by 52 times on average at the third week while the expansion of TIL in control group peaked at the third week, with an average of 12 times. TIL killing activity was strengthened in the experimental group. CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ were increased to different extent. Conclusion Preoperative interventional therapy can not only shorten the proliferation time of TIL but also increase the tumor killing activity.
