不同染毒次数和采样时间溴酸钾对小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的影响

The Effect of Potassium Bromate in different Contaminative Frequency and Sampling Time on the Micronuclear Rateof Marrow Cell in Mice

摘要 本实验以剂量为0.79g/kg(相当于1/2LD_(50))的溴酸钾乳化液对昆明种小鼠灌胃,以观察在不同条件下,受试物对小鼠骨髓细胞微核率的影响。实验结果显示,受试物诱发骨髓微核的最佳染毒次数为四次染毒,末次染毒后24小时是微核出现的高峰时间。本结果为致突变试验选择染毒次数和采样时间提供了依据。作者建议经国标法骨髓微核试验,结果是阴性的化合物,应采用多次染毒法重做试验。 The mice of Kun-ming species were fed in Potassium Bromate at the dose of 0. 79g/kg, and the effect of Potassium Bromate on the micronuclear rate of marrow cell. The experiment showed that the best contaminative frequency that raised the micronucleus of marrow cell was four times. The highe peak time of arising micronucleus was by the end of 24h after the last contamination. the contaminative method and the sampling time of mutagenesis test were based on this result. The auther supposed that the multi-contamination should be used if the result was negitive by the micronuclus test according to the standard method.
