摘要
银行人力资源管理问题已经为人们所重视。围绕这一问题 ,国内也已经有了一些研究。这些成果为我们的进一步研究提供了基础 ,同时 ,也需我们继续深化银行人力资源管理问题的研究 ,以提高银行的效率。
The topic of the bank's HRM has been paid close attention for a long time. There are a series of papers on it both in china and abroad. It gives us a good theoretical basis for our research, and it also require us to do much more works to deepen our research on this area. And it will help the banks to raise their HRM's efficiency.
