摘要
长期以来 ,我国商业银行要维持自我生存和发展又要为社会提供公共服务 ,加上具有自然垄断的特征 ,因此无法形成一套以实现利润最大化为原则的激励和约束机制 ,在经营理念、金融创新、客户化服务和市场营销等方面缺乏开拓精神 ,在产品组合以及服务方式上 ,长期依照传统的方式进行 ,更谈不上进行成本分析和产品组合等研究 ,结果造成国内银行普遍存在机构臃肿、营利方式单一、人均创利水平低、风险防范能力弱的特点。要解决这些问题 ,我国商业银行必须从根本上改变原有的经营理念和营销策略 ,以利润最大化为原则 ,重视客户分类管理 ,注重成本分析 ,提高赢利能力。
Traditionally,China's commercial banks have to strive for their own existence and development as well as to provide public services to the society.As a result of their dual functions and their characteristics of natural monopoly,China's commercial banks lack a stimulation and constraint mechbanism centered on profit maximization.China's commercial banks do not have a motive in improving their operation philosophy,innovation,customization and marketing.Financial products and services are being provided in a traditional way,and they are especially weak in cost analysis and product R&D.Bureaucracy,lowprofit,weak ability in controlling and resisting risk are major problems.To solve these problems,traditional operation philosophy and marketing strategy of China's commercial banks must be changed.First of all,the target of profit maximization must be emphasized.Muchimportance should be attached to clients'classification and cost analysis to enhance profitability of China's commercial banks.
