全文共分为两个部分。前半部分的主要内容是从实证的角度探求中国国有银行制度演进的逻辑。
This article is divided into two parts.At first,the authors want to interpret the logic of the evolution history of China's state—owned commercial banking system. In the second part,in light of the new classical microeconomics,the authors provide a theoretical analysis on the conclusions drawn from the first part of this article.
