摘要
为研究养命酒 (主药 :肉桂、肉苁蓉、杜仲、淫羊藿、地黄、人参等 )延缓衰老的原理 ,观察高、中、低三个剂量养命酒灌喂 2 4月龄大鼠 90d后 ,对其海马糖皮质激素受体及HPA轴的影响 ,并与右归丸灌喂组比较。结果 :养命酒能显著降低老年鼠的皮质酮、促肾上腺皮质激素及其释放激素、大脑皮质 8 羟基 脱氧鸟苷 ,升高其海马糖皮质激素受体的位点与mRNA的表达。养命酒的这些作用优于右归丸 ,且在一定剂量范围内呈量效关系。提示
In order to study the mechanism of “Life-Nourishing Liquor”(main ingredients:Cortex Cinnamomi,Herba Cistanchis,Cortex Eucommiae,Herba Epimedii,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Ginseng,etc.)in postponement of senility,its influence on hippocampal glucocorticoid receptor and HPA axis was observed in 30-month rats after fed with high,medium and lower dose of “Life-Nourishing Liquor” for 90 days,and was compared with the group fed with “Kidney Yang-Reinforcing Pills”. The results showed that “Life-Nourishing Liquor” could remarkably decrease corticosterone,adenocorticotropin and its releasing hormone,cerebral cortex 8-hydroxyl-deoxyuridine and could elevate the sites of its hippocampal glucocorticoid receptor and mRNA expression in the old rats. These functions were better in “Life-Nourishing Liquor” than in “Kidney Yang-Reinforcing Pills”,displayed by a dose-effect reationship in the scope of certain dose. The findings indicate that to deactivate the hyperactive HPA axis might be one of the functional mechanisms in “Life-Nourishing Liquor”.
