传统流程联合钢铁企业仍占据美国钢铁业的主流。多年来 ,联合钢铁企业的兼并毫无进展 ,关键在于钢铁企业与工会之间无法就解决占据合并成本绝大部分的法律成本问题达成一致协议。WL .Ross罗斯先生在创建ISG的过程中成功地解决了这一问题。
The traditional united mills are still the majority of the American steel Industry ,but the unifications among them have not been obtained for ages. The rub is the legal cost , which is largely consisted of the unification cost, and none of agreements was signed to cut it off by the mills and steelworkers unions .
