摘要
分析了扬子石化加氢裂化装置原料油换热器表面油垢形成的原因 ,介绍了所采取的不同对策措施及效果。使用阻垢剂效果较优 。
Fouling of EFF of YPC's hydro-cracking unit results from the salt deposition such as Fe, Cl inorganic salts, and the polymerization of oxygen with hydrocarbons like olefin and aromatics. The case of the exchangers fouling, and the treatments used as well as the effect obtained. Through the comparison of different methods, the effect of using inhibitor is preferable.
