摘要
大连某大型石化公司常减压装置减顶系统水冷器管束系SAF2205材质制作,使用22个月后发现管束壳程减顶油气系统出现堵塞现象,已影响装置的平稳运行,对该管束壳程清焦除垢已势在必行,由于SAF2205双相钢的特殊性,为防止硫化亚铁自燃以及发生连多硫酸腐蚀,故制定复配以络合剂和螯合剂为主的技术路线,清洗后检查达到了预期的效果,换热器使用效率大为改观。
The bundles of the water cooler in top system of atmospheric and vacuum unit in one petrochemical company were made by SAF2205 duplex stainless steel. Block were found in the bundles when the equipment used 22 month, the normal operation was influenced by the block, and chemical cleaning was necessary to the equipment so. In the chemical cleaning process, the agent composed by complexing agent and chelating agent played a desired effect, and the efficiency of the water cooler greatly improved.
