摘要
加氢精制装置反应流出物/混合进料换热器在检修后投用不到1个月,换热器效率便降至设计值的40%,严重影响了装置的正常生产运行。该设备投运前曾在重油加氢装置用做反应器馏出物换热器。经对管束表面的垢物进行成分分析后,有针对性地采用特制的化学清洗药液进行了清洗,清洗后换热指标已达到设计值的80%。成为解决类似问题的一个成功范例。
The heat exchange efficiency of reactor effluent/mixed feed heat exchanger in the hydroreflning unit dropped to 40% of its design value in less than a month after it was commissioned after a turnaround, which seriously affected the normal operation of the unit. The hea: exchanger had once been operated as the heat exchanger for the reactor effluent of heavy oil hydrogenation unit. The fouling on the surface of the tubes was analyzed and the tubes were cleaned by special washing chemicals. The cleaning was very successful and heat exchange efficiency has returned to 80% of design specification.
