摘要
通过分析造成连续缩聚装置熔体色相b值偏高的主要原因 ,采取添加稳定剂的方法降低熔体色相b值 ,并通过调整稳定剂的添加量来消除生产线之间存在的色差 ,在停车过程中适当调整稳定剂添加量以保证熔体质量 。
The main reasons causing higher b value of melt were analyzed for continuous polycondensation plant. b value of melt could be decreased by adding stabilizer, and the colour deviation between different production lines could be eliminated by adjusting stabilizer amount. The amount of stabilizer was adjusted properly during the course of shutdown in order to improve melt quality and minimize melt loss.
