摘要
本文通过可焊性试验与理论分析,对15X1M1Φ耐热钢进行了可焊性研究,并对其可焊性作了评价。指出该钢的主要可焊性问题为1、冷裂纹,2,热影响区的“硬化”及“软化”。推荐控制措施为焊前350℃预热,焊后980℃正火+720℃回火。
In this paper the weldability of 15X1M1Φ steel is studied by weldability test and theoretical analysis The principal problems of the weldability of 15X1M1Φ heat resistant stell is cold crack hardening and softering in the heat shadow region. A controlling process was recommended-that is preheating at 350℃ before welding, normalizing at 980℃ and tempering at 720℃ after welding.
