摘要
通过对15X_1M_1Φ耐热钢可焊性试验与理论分析,指出该钢的主要焊接问题是冷裂纹和焊接热影响区的硬化与软化.通过实践,推荐控制措施为焊前350℃预热,焊后740℃回火.
The weldability of 15X_1M_1Φ heat resistant steel is discussed by weldability test and theoretical analysis in this paper. The principal problems of the weldability of 15X_1M_1Φ heat resistant steel are cold crack, hardening and softening in the heat shadow region. A controlling process is recommended that is preheading at 350℃ before welding, then tempering at 740℃.
