摘要
１２ＣｒＮｉ２Ａ钢属合金结构钢，可焊性中等。为确保产品的焊接质量，特研制两种新型焊条，进行可焊性试验，终于实现冷焊工艺。而且对已经淬硬化的导杆，为了不使其在焊接热量作用下退火软化，成功地采用了浸入水中的快冷焊接工艺。
Since weldability of 12CNi2A alloy structure steel was not so good,two kinds of electrodewas studied especially for the steel and the welding technology without pre-heat was applied in industry.Chill-hardened parts were welded without pre-heat merged in water in order to prevent from softening.
