摘要
利用酶法分析中的酶抑制原理,在不同pH条件下对可被有机磷农药抑制的不同来源的植物酯酶进行了筛选. 以总酯酶活力和对敌敌畏的灵敏度为指标,确定了豫麦39中提取的植物酯酶为最佳的农药检测用酶,其最佳检测pH为6.5.
Based on the inhibiting mechanism of enzyme, phytoesterases from various plant sources are investigated at different pH values for the detection of organophosphate pesticides. Using the general esterase activity and the sensitivity to dichlorvos (DDVP) as criteria, the esterase obtained from Yumai 39 is determined to be the optimal enzyme for the detection and the optimal operation pH value is 6.5.
