摘要
本文主要讨论了在一个网状数据库管理系统中支持复杂对象的技术。文中通过引入单体结构实体、多体结构实体以及变体结构实体等概念,较好地解决了设计对象的概括、抽象及多重表示等问题。
In this paper, the operations and implementation of complex objects in a network CAD/CAM-orientated DBMS——MEDAMS 2.0 are discussed in detail. In MEDAMS 2.0, the concepts of mono-body structure object, multi-body structure object and variant structure object are introduced to support the complex object, and with these concepts, the problems of both the generalization and the multiple representation of complex objects are solved,
