摘要
真空灭弧室的内部气体压力直接影响真空断路器的性能。笔者利用自行设计的真空测试系统研究了灭弧室内部气体压力与灭弧室屏蔽罩直流电位的关系,给出了试验结果。在该试验的基础上,设计了一种能用于内部气体压力在线检测的传感器探头和信号处理电路。
The gas pressure within vacuum interrupter has a direct effect upon the properties of vacuum circuit breaker. The experimental detection system is established and used to study the relationship between the gas pressure and the DC potential of shielding within the vacuum interrupter. Some experimental conclusions are obtained. A new sensor and signal processing circuit for on-line detection system of gas pressure is designed on the basis of the conclusions.
