摘要
使用改进的Π形励磁线圈磁控放电法测试灭弧室的真空度,不必拆卸灭弧室.同时采用80CI96单片机进行同步控制与数据采集处理,提高了灭弧定真空度的现场测试灵敏度.
Without detachment,the vacuum interraper the internal pressure is measured by the magnetron discharge method with an improved n type excitation coil. The measuring sensitivi-ty is increased by sync control and data acquisition through 80C196 microcontroller.
